Brenda Bryan has been a consultant for the property management industry since 1992, supporting various industry-specific software applications.
Brenda has gained a vast knowledge in all areas of property management thru many years of software implementation and documentation.  She has saved many management companies countless hours in labor costs by introducing efficient processes allowing for an increase in the quality of customer service.
Due to this vast knowledge, Brenda was contracted by property management software developers to assist and advise in the development of the accounting and financial side of the application to ensure reconciliation ease, and compliancy with various state regulations.
Consulting for web-based applications has allowed her to assist with several state audits including California, Washington, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Kansas, Texas and her home state of Oregon.  She has gained an intimate knowledge of the trust accounting regulations in several states to offer her clients the best service possible.
Her expertise in trust accounting has allowed her to work in conjunction with established attorney’s in assisting licensees under investigation by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.  She assists many companies with creating accurate and complete three-way reconciliations according to the state regulations, along with many other services pertaining to trust accounting.
Brenda has sat on the rule review committee and the education advisory council for the Oregon Real Estate Agency.  She has full knowledge of Oregon Real Estate Laws and Regulations, and maintains a positive relationship with OREA commissioner and investigators.
Brenda is also a certified instructor for the Oregon Real Estate Agency teaching continuing education classes to licensees on proper trust accounting and three-way reconciliation.
For the last 5 years, Brenda has diligently trained and brought on other consultants to work within her team, allowing her to help more companies who are in need. Making it possible for her to meet the ever-growing demand for her services. These are people who strive to meet the expectations that Brenda has set forth, and that her clients have come to expect.
